We work closely with you to design your vision, offering samples from our trusted wholesale vendors. Thanks to our long-term relationships with these suppliers, we can provide you with high-quality materials at a significant savings.

Estimate

We use Xactimate estimating software for all construction projects, ensuring pricing is tailored to your specific geolocation. A copy of your estimate will be provided as an attachment with your construction work.

Deposit & Progress Payments

We provide a payment progress summary attached to your construction work authorization. This ensures transparency and helps you understand the financial aspects of your project before we begin.

Signing Construction Work Authorization

You’ll need to sign a construction agreement to start the work outlined in your estimate. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

Construction Phase

The construction phase is when the physical work of building or renovating begins. This phase includes site preparation, construction of structural elements, and installation of systems and finishes. Key activities involve coordinating labor, managing materials, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Regular progress checks and adjustments are made to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Scheduling Craftsman

Coordinating the timing and sequence of work for our team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. This involves aligning their schedules with the project timeline.

Work Milestones

Our team keeps customers informed about key project milestones, such as the completion of drywall, painting, and cabinet installation. We provide timely updates on these stages to ensure you’re aware of the progress. Additionally, progress payments are scheduled and collected based on the completion of these milestones, aligning financial transactions with the project’s advancement to ensure transparency and smooth financial management.

Supplement & Change Orders

When modifications to the original project scope are required, a supplement or change order is issued. This involves documenting the changes, estimating the additional costs or adjustments needed, and obtaining customer approval. Once approved, the changes are implemented, and the project schedule and budget are updated accordingly to reflect the new scope of work.

Post-Construction

The post-construction phase occurs after the physical work on a project is completed. It includes final inspections, addressing any final list items, and ensuring that all systems function. This phase also involves handing over the completed project to the client, providing necessary documentation. The goal is to ensure that the project meets all specifications and that the client is fully satisfied before closing out the project.

Final touches
